RVs get neglected because they're hard, not because owners don't care
Nobody's running a thirty-eight-foot coach through a tunnel wash. Most RVs sit in storage nine months a year collecting dust, tree sap, and pollen, then get taken out and pushed through a thousand miles of bugs and road film. The sidewalls are fiberglass or painted aluminum, the roof is EPDM or TPO rubber, and the seals are the one thing standing between your interior and a leak. Every one of those surfaces needs different products. That's exactly why we come to the lot with everything already loaded.
Black streaks, oxidation, and the front cap
The two things people want fixed most are the black streaks running down from the awning rail and seams, and the chalky fade across the sidewalls. Streaks are runoff from the roof and they come off with the right dedicated remover applied top down. Oxidation is deeper — that's a compound-and-polish job, worked in sections along the length of the coach. The front cap takes the worst of it: sun, bug acid, and highway sandblasting all hit the same panel, and it usually needs its own attention before it matches the rest of the rig.
The roof is the part that matters most
Roof cleaning isn't cosmetic. A neglected rubber roof holds dirt and organic growth that breaks down the membrane, and cracked sealant around vents, skylights, and AC units is how water finds its way into your walls. We clean the roof with a membrane-safe product, then walk it and flag anything that looks like it's failing. We're not a service center — we won't reseal it and call it a repair — but we'll show you photos of what we found so you can get ahead of it.
Inside: it's a house, so we clean it like one
Cab area, dinette, bunks, the bathroom, the cabinets nobody opens — all of it. Vacuum and extract carpet and upholstery, steam and sanitize hard surfaces, condition leather and vinyl, degrease the galley, and clean the windows and screens. Coaches that have been closed up all winter also benefit from an odor treatment. The goal is you open the door before a trip and it smells like nothing at all.
Time it around your season
The two smartest times to book are the week before your first big trip and right after you pull back in for the winter. Pre-trip, you leave with a sealed exterior that sheds bugs and road grime for the whole run. Post-trip, you're not storing a coach with dead bugs, sap, and salt sitting on the finish for five months — which is where a lot of permanent staining actually comes from.

How the job actually goes
We meet you at the coach
Storage lot, driveway, or campground. We walk the whole rig with you, look at the roof and sidewalls, and set expectations on the fade and streaking before we start.
Roof first, top down
Membrane-safe roof clean, then a seal inspection with photos of anything cracked or lifting. Cleaning top down means the streak removal isn't undone an hour later.
Full hand wash
Sidewalls, front cap, rear, awning, wheels, and wheel wells. Bug and tar removal on the cap and the leading edges where it's baked on.
Streak and oxidation correction
Dedicated black-streak treatment, then compound and polish on faded panels — worked in sections down the length of the rig.
Seal and protect
UV sealant or ceramic across the exterior so the next season's dust and sap rinse off instead of bonding on. Tires and trim dressed.
Interior, front to back
Extraction, steam, sanitize, condition. Galley degreased, bathroom detailed, windows and screens cleaned, optional odor treatment for coaches coming out of storage.

Can you get rid of the black streaks?
Yes — that's one of the most requested things we do. Black streaks are roof runoff staining the sidewalls, and they lift with a dedicated streak remover worked top down. Sealing the exterior afterward is what keeps them from coming right back next season.
Do you clean the roof?
We do, with a product safe for EPDM and TPO membranes, and we inspect the seals around vents, AC units, and skylights while we're up there. We'll send photos of anything cracked or lifting so you can get it resealed before it turns into water damage. We clean and report — we don't do the sealing repair itself.
Do I need to bring the RV to you?
No. We're fully mobile and we come to your storage facility, driveway, or campsite with our own water and power. Storage lots are the most common place we work — just confirm your facility allows service vehicles when you book.
How long does an RV detail take?
A pre-trip refresh on a mid-size trailer is usually a few hours. A full correction and interior on a large Class A can run a full day or two. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote it, and we don't rush the correction stage to hit a number.
When's the best time to book?
Right before your first trip of the season, or right after you park it for winter. Storing a coach with bugs, sap, and road salt baked onto it for five months is how permanent staining happens — a post-season detail is the cheapest insurance there is.
